I took the motherboard out of the case, put it on the cardboard box, same issue. Changed RAM configuration (instead of two sticks, one, and tried every slot), though there is a separate RAM LED that is supposed to light if there was a RAM issue. Took the CPU out, pins look ok, orientation was correct, was seated properly.
